NO TITLE - NO SALE
With tax refund season in full swing and Spring-fever hitting everyone, titled movable items are being bought and sold in great numbers. Do not let yourself be a victim of a scam that may leave you holding a shiny “new-to-you” item, but no way to get it titled in your name. If the seller can not provide you with a title, WALK AWAY! If they have “a really good reason” for not having the title, WALK AWAY! If you are told that the item has a lien and the financial institution has the title, VERIFY! Go to that financial institution to complete the transaction.

On September 15th, 2023, I officiated my 100th ceremony! I am so thankful to all of my couples for allowing me to celebrate their love for each other!
I will officiate my 150th wedding ceremony in March, 2025!
Since I took office on January 1st, 2021, I have officiated over 100 ceremonies! I offer an outdoor rose arbor where you can be married underneath the Peggy Martin rose vines with a backdrop of greenery, or in the office surrounded by antiques. I work hard to give you a pretty backdrop for your special day.
I am also available to travel! If you are planning a large wedding at a venue or something small at a meaninful location, I’ll be happy to come to you!
