NO TITLE - NO SALE
Titled movable items are being bought and sold in great numbers. Do not let yourself be a victim of a scam that may leave you holding a shiny “new-to-you” item, but no way to get it titled in your name. If the seller can not provide you with a title, WALK AWAY! If they have “a really good reason” for not having the title, WALK AWAY! If you are told that the item has a lien and the financial institution has the title, VERIFY! Go to that financial institution to complete the transaction.

WEDDING OFFICIANT SERVICE
A perfect day: witnessing two people I love say “I do” and marking my 190th ceremony as Justice of the Peace.
My heart is full.
I officiated my 190th wedding ceremony on January 31st, 2026!
Since I took office on January 1st, 2021, I have officiated 190 ceremonies! On January 31st, 2026, I reached that milestone by officiating the wedding of one of my dearest friends - a moment that made the achievement even more meaningful. With the weddings already on my calendar, I will surpass 200 weddings during this term as Justice of the Peace.
More than half of my bookings come from couples that have either attended one of my ceremonies, or heard aboutmy sweet, personalized, intimate ceremonies from someone in attendance.
For my couples who choose to marry at my locatoin, I offer two beautiful settings:
An outdoor rose arbor, where you can exchange vows beneathe the Peggy Martin rose vines with a lush backdrop of greenery,.
A charming indoor space, surrounded by antiques that create a warm, timeless atmosphere.
I put great care into making sure you have a lovely backdrop for your special day, no matter your budget.
I am also available to travel. Whether you’re planning a large celebration at a venue or a small ceremony at a meaninful location, I’ll be happy to come to you and help bring your vision to life.
